Event Description

The first stage of the Te Araroa trail is from Cape Reinga Lighthouse along 90 mile beach to Ahipara. The tramp will take 4 days. You will need to carry a tent, sleeping bag, food and water. We need to carry the minimum amount of clothes. Although saying that the weather could be hot, very hot or wet and cold. Before you agree to do it, please know your limitations! The track is flat but you will be tramping on sand. If you are up to the challenge let me know.
