Event Description

Experience the Hauraki Gulf without leaving the mainland. This is the only walk with guaranteed, spectacular 360 degree views of the inner Hauraki Gulf and islands most of the way. The gentle undulating walk includes a walk to the summit, farm roads, bush, rolling pasture, sandy beaches and includes a Maori pa on the headland. Lunch stop will be on the headland and we can stop on the way back at Maraetai for coffee.
